Each lab member who would like to give a talk or present a poster must complete the Talk/Poster Request Form.

Conference Date: Friday, January 30
Conference Time: 8:45 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
Registration/Check-In: 8:00–8:45 a.m.
Upon arrival, please check in at the registration table.
Conference registration covers Friday’s activities, including light refreshments, lunch, and dinner.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please note: You or your faculty PI will be personally responsible for the full conference fees if you cancel after Friday, January 16, or in the event of a no-show.
Departmental funds will not be available to cover these costs, and no exceptions will be made.
