Complete a form for each individual attending the conference.
The conference will take place on January 15, 2027, from 8:45 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Check-In/Registration will be from 8:00–8:45 A.M.
There is no fee for conference registration; however, space is limited for those wishing to attend in person. If the number of attendees exceeds the conference capacity, a waitlist will be created, with priority given to in-person poster presenters, postdocs, and graduate students.
If your plans change and you can no longer attend in person, please let us know immediately so that another attendee has the opportunity to attend.
Please note that you or your faculty PI will be personally responsible for the full conference costs if you cancel after Friday, January 8, or in the event of a no-show. Departmental funds will not be available to cover these costs, and no exceptions will be made.
