CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Complete a form for each individual attending the conference.

Conference start time is January 30, 2026 at 8:45 A.M. until 10:00 P.M.
* Check-In/Registration at 8 A.M.

There is no fee for conference registration, however space is limited for those wishing to attend in-person. If the number of attendees exceeds the conference capacity, a waitlist will be created and priority given to in-person poster presenters, postdocs and graduate students. If your plans change and you can no longer attend in person, please let us know immediately to give other attendees the opportunity to attend.  Please note that you or your faculty PI will be personally responsible for the full conference fees if cancellations are made after Friday, January 16th, or in the event of a ‘no-show.’ Departmental funds will not be available to cover these costs, and no exceptions will be made.
